Model Yard

A love of detail and a passion for yacht shape and design inspired Gunnar Behncke to set up the Yachtmodellwerft model shipyard in Bremen in 1998.

Since then, he has created models for shipyards, designers, museums, and private clients in his workshop.

All models are custom-made to clients’ exact specifications and wishes. We can produce both design models or prototypes with simple detailing and lavishly-detailed scale models for exhibitions or trade fairs.

We can also create one-of-a-kind models for yacht owners and aficionados.
